CE2 is a mixed-use development in central Bangkok comprising retail, office and residential programs on the former British Embassy site. The project responds to a complex zoning envelope through a distinctive cascading tower geometry, integrating landscaped terraces and greenery throughout the building while preserving the historic Ambassador’s Residence at the heart of the retail podium. 
 
The design seeks to create a strong connection between architecture, landscape and the surrounding urban context. High-performance façades incorporate external shading and a system of architectural louvers, balancing solar performance and natural daylight with the desired transparency and views. The façade expression reinforces the building’s sculptural form while introducing materiality and depth at the human scale.
